We've infused our Pure Flake Salt with our favorite, Provence-style rosé made by our neighbors at Chatham Vineyards. The result is a blushing pink salt with a subtle kiss of raspberry and white peach. Adds an elegant hint of color and oceanic flavor to cakes, cookies, ice cream or whipping cream over fruit for the perfect salty-sweet combination. Or sprinkle on fresh fish or spring veggies and pair with a glass of crisp rosé. Also makes a lovely rim for cocktails! We hand make each of our infused salts in small batches to ensure that each jar is filled with fresh flavor, beautiful aroma and vibrant, natural color. No preservatives are added.

The Rose infused salt is something we always have on hand. I love having salt from the Virginia Shore, and the pink color is eye catching. The Rose imparts a sweet, flowery essence, but not a strong flavor one would notice if using the salt as a finisher. The crystals are softer than other salt we have tried, abd I like to butter a slice of bread followed by crushing a pinch of salt between my fingers a sprinkling over the butter. Delicious!
