Our salt-making process is rooted in centuries-old, artisan techniques, applied to the unique merroir of the wild and pristine waters of the Virginia Coast Reserve, a 130,000 acre nature preserve. These waters are naturally filtered through thousands of acres of oyster reefs and eelgrass as each tide rushes in and flows back out to sea.
